Report Writing

Reports are extremely important for every job. A report must convey the exact details and sequence of events that lead to the conclusion or arrest. There is no room for opinions or assumptions in a report, just the facts.
This course reviews a report in detail, line by line, and illustrates how to properly write a report.
A report uses the 5 W’s Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How. A good report lists the facts and details as accurately as possible.
Many times a report will be seen by as many as 10 to 30 people. We stress penmanship, grammar and accuracy
